City of Centerville <br /> Council Meeting Minutes <br /> April 25,2018 <br /> Discussion ensued regarding the value of municipal water connection and whether it truly <br /> increases the valuation of a home/property, if 7244 Main Street finished the basement at a later <br /> date, when would the valuation be increased, review of all building permits prior to the end of <br /> year and including those improvements when placing a valuation on a home/property, the age of <br /> structures and upkeep and how that effects the valuation of a home/property. <br /> Mayor Paar thanked Mr. Tolzmann for his services, explanations and report. <br /> Mayor Paar opened the Board of Appeal & Equalization Public Hearing at 6:47 p.m. for Public <br /> Input. No audience members showed an interest in addressing the Board. <br /> Motion by Mayor Paar, Seconded by Council Member Love to Close the Public Hearing of <br /> the Board of Appeal & Equalization at 6:48 p.m. <br /> Motion by Council Member Montain, Seconded by Council Member Koski to Close the <br /> Board of Appeal & Equalization Meeting at 6:49 p.m. All in favor.
