The City expects to be <br />working with developers this sUller on two PUD's. <br />Developer Gerald Rehbein represents a PUD on 20th <br />Avenue Korth (east of Royal Headows). Mark your calenders HON!!!! <br /> <br />'LOOD PLAIR RIDUCTIOR - Centerville has signed a contract with <br />Anoka County in agreelent to work cooperatively in the <br />construction of the replacelent of the culverts on Hain Street <br />and 20th Avenue South. The construction is scheduled to begin in <br />the near future. <br /> <br />BUHICIPAL FACILITIIS - The City Council is negotiating a contract <br />with The Carlstrol Group to build a lunicipal facility. A fire <br />station will be the focus of the building. The City Council is <br />also investigating site options. <br /> <br />I4lli - Centerville's Tax Capacity Rate is 135.95. The Tax <br />Capacity Rate does not reflect the total tax levied by the City, <br />but is cOlprised of several sections: <br />1991 Tax % of Total. There are nine <br />lots in the Centerville Industrial Park. Only four of <br />the lots relain for sale. The City is currently <br />reviewing a site plan for a new building in the <br />Industrial Park. The City office has received several <br />inquiries as to possible additional new construction on <br />the relaining lots for spring and sUller. <br />Residential: It is expected that final approval for the <br />final plat of the Center Hills, Second Addition will be <br />granted in the near future.
