Gordon Voss, Chief Adlinistrator of the Metropolitan Waste Control COlmission advises that the ash is very sililar to cOI.on soils. He also advises that unlike most other ash, se~age ash has very consistent characteristics. MOH-RIGISTIRID/Noa-OPIRABLI VIHICLIS - Complaints have been received. Ordinance #6* prohibits said vehicles. The City Council has recently implelented new special perlit conditions. A special perlit can be obtained through the City offices for a fee of $30.00 if all conditions are let. The conditions are on file with the Clerk/Administrator and available for your review. SIWER AaD MATIR BILLING 'ORHAT - Did you notice a change in the forlat of your sewer billings? Beginning January 1990 the City offices now utilize a sewer utility billing software. Due to the nUlber of new residents loving into the City it is no longer feasible to continue to prepare quarterly billings by hand.
