The Planning Commission reviewed the project at their June 5, 2018 <br /> meeting and continued the item for further discussion pending revision by the applicant. <br /> The subject property is approximately 7.3 acres with an existing home and is the former site of the <br /> Waterworks Beach Club and Grill, located along Main Street between Centerville Lake and Peltier <br /> Lake.
