NOW,THEREFORE;in considemflon of the mutual covenants herein carr ftingid,the parties agree as fbllows: Section 1.Ditties Subject to the Iftnit on workhig hotum,Employer hereby agrees to employ Employee as Pall-time Finance Director of Centerville to perform the fimetions and, duties specified in the attached Exhibit A, job descoption mid to perfbrm other legally permissible and proper duties and functions as the City Adminisuator shall from ti.me to time assign. Section 2.Twin A. Nothing in this agreement shall prevent,hinit or ooh erwise imerfere,with the right of the Council to terminate the sax-vices of Employee at airy time. Employee agrees to serve la the employ of Employer on an"at will"basis, B. Nothing in this agrmment s prevent, it or otherwise interfere with the right of the Enip1qyee to resigm.at any fime from his position with Employer. Section I Compensation Employer agrees to pay Employee for his services rendered at85per$YS: t _ hour to b�e paid a the sarne time as other employees of the Employer are paid.No ben.efits,of any kind are available totbis part-time position except for employer matchhig of PERA,FICA and Medicam. Section 4.Hours of Work It is expected thatihis Employee will-work an average of houx-s per week sub*,t to the discretion of the City Acbninistxator.It isfinther undcastoDd that this employee may work some of the hours remotely from home or another location, sul�ject tram approval of the City Administrator. At least two days a week, on average, the Employm, must be present in the office.
