<br />Streetseaoe <br />We have submitted concept ~ketchesalong with sight.line diagrams and other documents. We <br />are awaiting comments from the County. Once these comments are received we will work <br />quickly to. create drawingsfor the County's CSAH 14.plan set. <br /> <br />Underoass <br />We have received confirmation from MNDOT that a 10-foot vertical clearance is 'the standard <br />for design of a trail underpass. We have also completed an initial look at the feasibility of <br />completing the underpass (memo attached). <br /> <br />8. Old Water Tower Demolition. (000616-06145-0). The Contractor removed the tower on <br />May 24th and has restored the su"ounding area. Project is complete. <br /> <br />9. 2006 Storm Water Analysis (000616-06146-0). Preliminary modeling has been completed <br />We made site visits with City staff to some potential water quality BMP locations and will set <br />up a meeting with RCWD to determine the best course of action when the street reconstructs <br />begin. <br /> <br />10. Banzai Development (000616-06147-0). A workshop to discuss assessment options is to be <br />held The feasibility study is included with the council packets. <br /> <br />11. Fairview Street Improvements (000616-06148-0). Easements are being worked on. We <br />received comments from Anoka County Highway Department regarding a right turn lane and <br />additional right-of-way along the Royal Oaks plat. The developer is hoping to build Fairview <br />Street this summer. <br /> <br />12. MiseeUaneous <br />. none <br /> <br />- End of memo- <br />
