Permit. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the City of Centerville <br />hereby grants approval of a conditional use permit for: <br /> <br />Applicant, Anoka County, to excavate and place fill in a tloodway. <br />2. Property. The permit is for the following described property: <br /> <br />(Insert Legal Description) <br />3. Conditions. This permit is issued subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />A. The project may be constructed in accordance with the plans and <br />specifications submitted with the application provided Grantee's engineer <br />submits a certificate indicating that the expected water velocity, duration, rate <br />of rise, base flood and sediment transport for the completed segment of the <br />creek will not exceed that of the portion of Clearwater Creek that the project <br />replaces. <br />B. Grantee will follow the. standards. and requirements of the City of Centerville, <br />Rice Creek Watershed District, Army Corp. of Engineers, FEMA, Minnesota <br />DNR and any other agency having jurisdiction over the project or the waters <br />of Clearwater Creek. <br />C. At the completion of the project grantee's engineer shall submit a certificate <br />that the project as-constructed was completed in conformance with the plan <br />filed with the application. <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />Ir~ <br />
