<br />All necessary valves and hydrants will be provided for fire protection and maintenance of the system. <br />Water services to the lots will consist of I-inch diameter copper pipe extended from the main to 10- <br />feet beyond the right-of-way line.. <br /> <br />It is proposed to extend an 8-inch water main stub to the east side of Old Mill Road at the lot line <br />between house 7384 and 7396. This will provide water service for future development of each 9.5 <br />acre parcel, and not require fu~re disruption to the Old Mill Road pavement. <br /> <br />3~ STORM SEWER: <br />The storm water drainage along Old Mill Road will be directed via catch basins and stonn sewer to a <br />pond in the back yards of Lots A and B. This pond will treat runoff from the road right-of-way, <br />before discharging to Clearwater Creek.. <br /> <br />4. STREET IMPROVEMENTS: <br />Old Mill Road is currently a rural type road with a 23-foot wide bituminous surface and shallow <br />ditches on both sides.. It is proposed to upgrade the roadway to the following: <br /> <br />I. 66' right-of w~y (existing) <br />2. 33' back to back surmountable concrete curb and gutter <br />3. geotextile fabric and 20-inches of select granular borrow subgrade material <br />4.. 6" thick class 5 aggregate base <br />S.. 2" thick bituminous base course <br />6.. 1 ~" thick bituminous wear course <br />7. 4" diameter drain tile behind all curb <br /> <br />This street section will match the existing road section of Old Mill Road at the south end, built in <br />1995 with the Acorn Creek 2nd Addition. At the city limits, the reconstructed road will connect to the <br />existing rural road. Ditches will be tilled to create boulevards on both sides. <br /> <br />PERMITS <br /> <br />Permits are required from MPCA for sanitary sewer extensions, and MDH for water main extensions.. <br />An NPDES permit will be needed for grading of the road and new residential lots.. <br /> <br />ffunters Crossing 3,d AddU/Oil <br /> <br />-I <br /> <br />l,~ <br />
