<br />PROJECT COSTS <br />Detailed cost estimates of the proposed utilities and street improvements to serve Hanzal <br />Development and properties on the east side of Old Mill Road are included in Appendix A. Unit <br />prices are estimated and based on recent, similar type projects in the north metro area of the Twin <br />Cities.. The Total Project Cost is $325,963..37, which includes 5% contingencies, and 30% indirect <br />costs. Indirect costs include administrative, engineering, interest, and legal expenses..
