I have
attached the full text of Section §91.09 to this letter. An example, Section 90.09, A(3) states,
"Loading, unloading, unpacking. No person shall create loud and excessive noise in loading,
unloading or unpacking any vehicle between the hours of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM."
The terms of your Conditional Use Permit states that you will comply with the City Code.
Number 3(m) of your permit states, "Limits on the noise emitted at the property line shall
conform to the noise regulations contained in City Code Section 91.09 and the use is subject to
other nuisance regulations contained in Chapter 91".
