Encroachment Agreement—1407 Mount Trail, Fence <br /> 6. Encroachment Agreement—7375 Old Mill Road, Retaining Wall(s) <br /> 7. Res. #18-011 —Proclamation—Constitution Week <br /> 8. Res. #18-012 —Proclamation—Domestic Violence Awareness Month <br /> Mayor Paar provided Council with an opportunity to discuss any item(s). <br /> Council Member Love requested that Items 47 & 8 be pulled for discussion. Council Member <br /> King requested that Item 44 be pulled for discussion. <br /> Motion by Council Member Montain, seconded by Council Member Koski to Approve <br /> Items #1, 2, 3 and 6 as presented. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> Council Member King questioned whether this is the same company as the City has had in the <br /> past providing the services and types of services. Administrator Statz stated that they would <br /> provide services 1-5 and if the City desired additional options, fees would be increased. <br /> Council Member Love stated that he requested to discuss Items 47 & 8 due to the importance of <br /> both issues and is grateful that the City of Centerville recognizes them. <br /> Motion by Council Member Montain, seconded by Council Member Love to Approve <br /> Items #4, #7 and#8. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> VIII. OLD BUSINESS <br /> 1. None. <br /> IX. NEW BUSINESS <br /> 1. Old Mill Estates ( Stantec) <br /> a. Prelminary Plat <br /> b. Rezoning <br /> Administrator Statz stated the applicant was seeking a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for a <br /> Planned Unit Development (PUD), preliminary plat and a rezone of property located at 7384 and <br /> 7396 Old Mill Road. He stated that at the Planning & Zoning Commission the CUP request was <br /> removed, the City's Comprehensive Plan has the parcels guided for low density as R-2A would <br /> Page 2 of 5 <br />
