I have
had the privilege of working with hundreds of real estate clients, built town homes in two
separate associations and I am currently landlord of 24 units in a Ramsey townhome
community.
Project Goals
Currently, our company's vision, is to provide modern three-bedroom, three bath, two
car garage, townhomes to families and individuals seeking to own their own home. Our
market demographic is a mix between young families, move-up renters from
apartments, and single parent families. The minimum household income will be in the
$70,000 range, with many of our tenants having household incomes more than
$100,000. Providing private interior living spaces, semi-private patios with green space,
and attached garages make our townhomes more desirable to our residents than a
traditional apartment building. Most of our residents stay with us for about two years
before they move on to purchase their own home, and many end up staying in the area.
In the future, we want to have the flexibility to sell the single units to individual buyers.
To accomplish this, each unit needs to be recorded as a townhome, which will increase
the community's overall value and ultimately the city's tax base.
55
