Proposed a Product for Development <br /> Replicating a higher end townhome product like our Ramsey townhomes, will be <br /> created. The layout of the proposed plan (Figure 1-3) is functional, yet modern. Nigh <br /> end amenities on the interior will include: <br /> • Stainless steel appliances <br /> • Upgraded flooring <br /> • Modern lighting <br /> • Glass and the surrounds on the master shower <br /> • Granite or quartz counters <br /> • Flat panel doors <br /> • Modern faucets throughout <br /> Outside, Figure-1 shows a skeleton base of the exterior. Additional improvements will <br /> include: <br /> • Carriage style garage door panels with windows on the top panel <br /> • Shake style siding in select gables <br /> • Dawn to dusk carriage lighting on the garage fronts and by the front door <br /> • Multiple siding colors on the different buildings <br /> • Stone accents near the front door and on the face of the garage <br /> • Patios off the family room <br /> Landscaping will also be an important addition to the development. Some of these <br /> improvements will include the following: <br /> • Sidewalks as required by the City in and around the community <br /> • Ornamental wrought iron fence along Centerville Road <br /> • Street lights to coordinate with the townhome community along Centerville Road <br /> • A landscaping plan that will include a blend of flowering trees, shrubs, and <br /> evergreens <br /> These improvements will provide a transitional-modern feel that can be a model for <br /> future redevelopment in the City of Centerville. <br /> 56 <br />
