CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br /> July 11, 2018 <br /> 6:30 p.m. <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City of Centerville held their regularly scheduled City <br /> Council meeting of June 11, 2018 at City Hall, 1880 Main Street. <br /> PRESENT: Mayor Jeff Paar <br /> Council Member Steve King <br /> Council Member Russ Koski <br /> Council Member Matt Montain <br /> .. / 1, <br /> ABSENT: Council Member Love <br /> STAFF: City Attorney Kurt Glaser <br /> City Administrator Mark Statz <br /> I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Paar called to order 6:31p.m. <br /> II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> Mayor Paar noted the following amendments to the Agenda; added (Check 431964-31981) under <br /> VII. Consent Agenda, Item 41 and removal of VIII. Old Business Item 41. c., and d. City <br /> Administration Statz stated that VIII. Old Business, Item 44 was added and now being removed. <br /> Legal Counsel Glaser stated that he desire to add the following language to the Agenda, XIII. <br /> Closed Executive Session "Attorney Client Privilege—Kelly Matter. <br /> Motion by Council Member Montain, Seconded by Council Member King to Approve the <br /> Agenda as noted. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> IV. APPOINTMENTS/PRESENTATIONS <br /> Administrator Statz introduced Mr. Bruce DeJong to Council as the City's new Part-Time <br /> Finance Director. He stated that Mr. DeJong started employment on July 9, 2018. <br /> Council welcomed Mr. DeJong. <br /> V. PUBLIC HEARING <br /> 1. None. <br />
