June 27, 2018 City Council Meeting Minutes <br /> Mayor Paar provided Council Members with an opportunity for modifications to the submitted. <br /> Motion by Council Member Koski, seconded by Council Member Montain to Approve the <br /> minutes as presented. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> VII. CONSENT AGENDA <br /> 1. City of Centerville June 27, 2018 through July 11, 2018 Claims (Check#31931- <br /> 31963) & (Check#31964-31981) <br /> 2. Centennial Lakes Police Claims through July 3, 2018 (Check#12079-12090) <br /> 3. Centennial Fire District Claims through July 3, 20198 (Check#8233-8243) <br /> 4. Encroachment Agreement—Shed, 1815 Partridge Place <br /> 5. Res. #18-OXX—Appointing Election Judges for Primary & General Election <br /> Mayor Paar provided Council with an opportunity to discuss any item(s). <br /> Motion by Council Member Montain, seconded by Council Member Koski to Approve the <br /> Consent Agenda as presented. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> VIII. OLD BUSINESS <br /> 1. Bay View Villas <br /> a. Preliminary Plat <br /> Administrator Statz reported that all requests of the developer were discussed at the last Planning <br /> & Zoning Commission (Preliminary Plat, rezone, Comprehensive Plan Amendment and <br /> Conditional Use Permit for a Planned Unit Development) with the findings of fact and <br /> Conditional Use Permit being in draft form. He stated that there was no reason to rush the <br /> rezoning and Conditional Use Permit for the Planned Unit Development. He also stated that the <br /> Planning & Zoning Commission continued their support for the development and desired for it to <br /> be a successful project for the city and developer. <br /> Administrator Statz stated that Developer Mr. Jim Boo, Planner-Stantec Ms. Beth Elliot and <br /> Legal Counsel Glaser were in favor of Planning & Zoning's recommendations for the most part; <br /> however, following the meeting Mr. Boo met with his builders who felt that homes priced at the <br /> proposed level of$750,000 should have Lakeshore property. <br /> Mr. Boo stated that he has had several discussions with abutting property owners, came to an <br /> agreement with Mr. Erick Marshal and proposed a runoff control area through landscaping with <br /> the property abutting the Lakeshore and a Homeowners Association that would manage the <br /> easement. He stated that he is very much in favor of maintaining the integrity of the shoreline <br /> Page 2 of 6 <br />
