COUNTY OF ANOKA <br /> CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> Resolution # 18- <br /> A RESOLUTION ADOPTING BUDGET AND TAX LEVIES FOR 2019 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing to obtain public input on the 2019 General Fund Budget and Property Tax Levy <br /> was held by the City Council of the City of Centerville on November 28, 2018; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Centerville, County of Anoka, <br /> State of Minnesota, that the City Budget is hereby adopted as follows: <br /> General Fund $2,654,339 <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the following sums of money be levied for property taxes payable in <br /> 2019 upon the taxable property in the City of Centerville for the following purposes: <br /> General Fund Levy $2,202,802 <br /> Debt Service Levies: <br /> Debt Service 2011A 53,000 <br /> Debt Service 2012A 70,524 <br /> Debt Service 2013A 17,500 <br /> Debt Service 2015A 206,200 <br /> Debt Service 2016A 157,312 <br /> Total Debt Levies $504,536 <br /> Total Proposed Tax Levy $2,707,338 <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that because sufficient funds have been irrevocably deposited into the debt <br /> service fund, the following levy amounts are hereby cancelled: <br /> Debt Service 2016A 40,000 <br /> Cable TV Capital Note 7,656 <br /> Total Cancelled Levy 47 656 <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Administrator is hereby instructed to transmit a certified copy of <br /> this resolution to the county auditor of Anoka County, Minnesota along with all required documentation. <br /> Passed and Adopted by the City of Centerville this 28th day of November, 2018. <br /> Mayor, Jeff Paar <br /> City Clerk, Teresa Bender <br /> 47 <br />
