Request to Construct Fence in Easement – 1994 North Robin Lane (Hurd)

City Administrator Larson explained that Staff feels this is a reasonable way to handle
allowing the fence in the easements. Staff has looked at these two and the only
comments were that the fence should move back behind the meter or relocate the meter to
the front of the house.

Mr. Hurd indicated that he is installing the fence for Ms. Burke and there is a difference
of about two feet so he feels she would not have an issue moving it back to allow the
meter to be accessible.
