City of Centerville <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />April 26, 2006 <br /> <br />2.April 12, 2006 City Council Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Council Member Lakso requested the following changes: On Page 2 of 10 correct the <br />spelling of Huss. On Page 2 of 10 correct Mr. to Ms. On Page 6 of 10 correct spelling of <br />Burstein. On Page 7 of 10 underline and bold the motion. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Lakso, seconded by Council Member Paar to approve <br />the April 12, 2006 City Council Meeting Minutes as amended. All in favor. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />V. CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br /> <br />1.City of Centerville April 13, 2006 through April 26, 2006 Claims <br /> <br />2.Centennial Fire District April 14, 2006 Claims <br /> <br />3.Centennial Lakes Police Department April 13, 2006 Claims <br /> <br />4.Successful Completion of Year 12 and Annual Review, Public Works <br />Director/Building Official/Mr. Palzer <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Lee, seconded by Council Member Terway, to approve <br />the Consent Agenda as presented. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />VI. AWARDS/PRESENTATIONS/APPEARANCES <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />VII. NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />1. Proposed Ordinance #XX, Fee Schedule <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson indicated that Staff has been working on reorganizing <br />all of the fees in the same sequence that they are listed in the Code. He then <br />indicated that this Ordinance sets out the City’s Fee Schedule. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson pointed out that under Other Fees Staff is proposing <br />making City Hall rental available for non-profits only. <br /> <br />Mayor Capra indicated that she had no issue with doing so. <br /> <br />Council Member Lee indicated the on sale liquor is based on square footage and <br />asked if it is inside or outside or cumulative. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson indicated it is cumulative. <br /> <br />Mayor Capra indicated that she would like the Planning Commission to consider a <br />lower fee for transient merchant sales when it is for advertising rather than for <br />actual sales. <br /> <br />Page 2 of 8 <br />
