City of Centerville <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />April 26, 2006 <br />Ms. Stephen indicated that tickets are going on sale at Center Mart, Corner Express, <br />Centerville Pet Foods and City Hall. <br /> <br /> Council recessed to work session at 7:46 p.m. <br /> <br /> City Administrator Larson suggested doing the work session first. <br /> <br />X. COUNCIL EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> <br /> <br />1.CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL <br /> <br />At 8:45 p.m., the council reconvened its meeting following the work session. <br /> <br /> <br />2.ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION <br /> a. Performance Review – City Administrator, Mr. Dallas Larson <br /> <br />The Council discussed with the City Attorney the need to close the meeting to discuss the <br />performance of the City Administrator, Dallas Larson. Mr. Larson requested that the <br />meeting be kept open and the Council determined to leave the meeting open. <br /> <br />The Council reported the results of its review to City Administrator Larson, each Council <br />member in turn expressing their opinions on how he had met their expectations. Motion <br />by Council Member Terway, seconded by Council Member Paar that City Administrator <br />Larson be given a satisfactory review and that due to exemplary performance and in <br />recognition of Council’s satisfaction with Mr. Larson’s work, his salary shall be <br />increased to an annual rate of $83,000 effective April 4, 2006. All voted in favor. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />XI.
