City of Centerville <br /> Council Meeting Minutes <br /> November 28,2018 <br /> Mayor Paar provided Council Members with an opportunity for modifications. Council Member <br /> Montain stated that he had spoken with the Clerk earlier in the day regarding the minutes, and <br /> was not satisfied with them as presented. <br /> Motion by Council Member Montain, seconded by Council Member Koski to Approve the <br /> November 11, 2018 City Council meeting minutes as presented. All in favor. Motion <br /> carried. <br /> VII. CONSENT AGENDA <br /> 1. City of Centerville November 15, 2018 through November 28, 2018 Claims (Check <br /> #32271-32294) & (Check#32295-32301) <br /> 2. Centennial Lakes Police Claims through November 21, 2018 (Check#12297-12321) <br /> W/Payroll (Check#12314 & 12315) <br /> 3. Centennial Fire District Claims through November 13, 2018 (Check#8357-8362) <br /> W/US Bank& Payroll (Check#8352-8356() <br /> 4. Res. #18-016—Rice Creek Watershed Request for Repair of Judicial Ditch <br /> (AWJD3) <br /> 5. Res. #18-017—Establishing Precinct and Polling Locations for 2019 Election Year <br /> Mayor Paar provided an opportunity for Council to remove any item(s) for discussion. <br /> Council Member Montain questioned charges from Otter Lake Animal Hospital and Clerk <br /> Bender stated that the owner of the animals had been invoiced. He also questioned a check for <br /> Northland Trust and Finance Director DeJong clarified the misunderstanding. <br /> Motion by Council Member Love, seconded by Council Member Koski to Approve as <br /> presented. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> VIII. OLD BUSINESS <br /> 1. Ord. #93, Second Series —2018 Fee Schedule (2nd Reading) <br /> Administrator Statz stated that this was the second reading for this ordinance amendment and <br /> stemmed from Council's action regarding water lateral fees and connection requirements <br /> previously discussed by Council. <br /> Motion by Council Member Montain, seconded by Council Member Koski to Adopt Ord. <br /> #93, Second Series —2018 Fee Schedule as presented. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> 2. 2019 Budget and Tax Levy Adoption <br /> Administrator Statz stated that the budget and tax levies presented are as previously discussed <br /> and requested any additional input from Council. <br /> Motion by Council Member Koski, seconded by Council Member King to Adopt Res. #18- <br /> 018 —Adopting Budget& Tax Levies for 2019 as presented.
