CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Paar called to order 6:31 p.m. <br /> IL PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> Mayor Paar added Check 432156-32164 under Consent Agenda, Item 41. He modified VIII. <br /> Old Business Item 42 from Resolution 18-XX Adopting Water Connection Ordinance to Ord. <br /> 4, Second Series —Water Connection Ordinance. <br /> Motion by Council Member Love, Seconded by Council Member Montain to Approve the <br /> Agenda with the Above Stated Modification. <br /> Council Member Montain questioned VII. Consent Agenda Item 45. City Clerk Bender stated <br /> that the item should be removed for lack of proper documentation. <br /> Council Member Montain requested that the motion reflect the removal of Consent Agenda Item <br /> 45.
