CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br /> November 14, 2018 <br /> 6:30 p.m. <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City of Centerville held their regularly scheduled City <br /> Council meeting of November 14, 2018 at City Hall, 1880 Main Street. <br /> PRESENT: Mayor Jeff Paar <br /> Council Member King <br /> Council Member Russ Koski <br /> Council Member Love <br /> Council Member Matt Montain <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> STAFF: City Administrator Mark Statz <br /> I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Paar called to order 6:30 p.m. <br /> II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> Mayor Paar stated that the October 24, 2018 City Council Meeting Minutes were unavailable, <br /> added Check 432263-32270 under Consent Agenda, Item 41, added Water Lateral Charge <br /> Special Assessment Agreement Waiver of Hearing & Appeal— 1369 Mound Trail under Item 46 <br /> and included the Write-Ins under Item 41, New Business. <br /> He provided an opportunity for others to add or delete any items. <br /> Motion by Council Member Love, seconded by Council Member Montain to Approve the <br /> Agenda as Submitted. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> IV. APPOINTMENTS/PRESENTATIONS <br /> 1. Mr. Chuck Jones, Purple Heart City <br /> Mr. Chuck Jones was unable to attend. <br /> 2. Mrs. Dorothy Radermacher, Chair—Quad Area Beyond the Yellow Ribbon <br /> Program <br /> Administrator Statz desired to recognize several veterans that were in attendance of the meeting: <br /> Mr. Steve King, Mr. Charles Reinhardt and Mr. Thomas Wilharber.
