City of Centerville <br /> EDA Meeting Minutes <br /> August 27,2018 <br /> 5. Resolution #EDA 18-05—Setting Initial Terms of Office <br /> Administrator Statz explained that all of the above resolutions are required under state statute. <br /> Brief discussion was had regarding the term of Treasurer being until 2021, the term of Vice- <br /> President being until 2023 and the President being until 2022. <br /> Motion by Commissioner Spanier, seconded by Commissioner Weatherhead to Adopt <br /> Resolution #EDA 18-05 —Setting Initial Terms of Office as presented. All in favor. Motion <br /> carried. <br /> 6. Goal Setting Discussion <br /> Administrator Statz presented an abbreviated version of the City's goals as adopted by the City <br /> Council. <br /> Discussion was had as to how those goals will align with the activities of the EDA <br /> No action was taken on this matter. <br /> VIII. OLD BUSINESS <br /> 1. None. <br /> VIII. ADJOURNMENT <br /> Motion by President Hanzal, seconded by Commissioner Weatherhead to Adiourn the <br /> EDA meeting of August 27, 2018. All in favor.
