CALL TO ORDER <br /> Chairman Waeghe called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. and took roll call. Results of roll call <br /> are shown above. <br /> II. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> Added item 5, in New Business —ADA Portable Restrooms in Parks <br /> Added item 6, in New Business —Spring Clean-up <br /> Motion by Committee Member Wae2he, seconded by Committee Member Seeley to <br /> approve the Agenda as Amended. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> III. APPOINTMENTS/PRESENTATIONS <br /> 1. Park and Recreation Committee Vacancy <br /> Administrator Statz shared with the committee that the city is in receipt of two (2) applications <br /> for the one open seat on the committee. The committee has, historically, asked candidates to <br /> attend a meeting to get a sense of what the committee does and what will be expected of them. <br /> Instruction from the committee was to invite the two candidates to the next meeting. <br />
