City of Centerville <br /> Council Meeting Minutes <br /> January 9,2019 <br /> 1. This portion of the meeting is closed to evaluate the performance of City <br /> Administrator/Engineer Mark Statz. The closure is pursuant to Minnesota Statute <br /> Section 13D.05, subdivision 3(a) <br /> The Council, with Statz and Glaser in attendance, discussed the process they would use to <br /> conduct Statz's annual performance review. At Statz's request, they would receive the review <br /> responses from Staff without knowing the identity of the author. They would hold a closed <br /> session at the beginning of the next Council meeting to discuss the Staff and Councilmembers' <br /> review responses and then conduct a review session with Statz. <br /> Motion by Mayor Paar, seconded by Council Member Koski to Adiourn the Closed <br /> Executive Session at 9:01 p.m. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> XIII. RECONVENE REGULAR MEETING <br /> XIV.
