CITY OF CENTERVILLE REQUEST <br /> FOR COMMISSION ACTION <br /> tery fe <br /> Agenda Item# Department: Requested Meeting Date: <br /> VIl.2 Planning 2/5/2019 <br /> TITLE OF ISSUE: <br /> 20th Avenue South and Commerce Drive Zoning Issues <br /> BACKGROUND AND SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION: <br /> The city has had numerous concept plans and other zoning request along the 20th Avenue and Commerce Drive <br /> corridors over the past year or so. City staff, in conjunction with the city's realtor and planning consultant have <br /> evaluated several options for modifications to the zoning map, zoning code or both, to better accommodate <br /> what often seem like reasonable and well-suited requests for the various sites. <br /> Of immediate concern is the need to decide whether to rezone ahead of a potential application for development <br /> of the city's property at Commerce Drive and 20th Ave. by Midwest Best Water.
