The intent of the Service <br /> District would be to serve as a buffer between industrial and residential uses with uses that serve as <br /> retail sales and services. The recommended use list is attached. <br /> PLANNING ISSUES <br /> Existing Land Use <br /> The proposed site for Midwest Best Water is luj <br /> currently vacant and owned by the City. <br /> The adjacent site to the east on <br /> Commerce Drive is Ruffridge-Johnson, a <br /> company that leases paving and <br /> construction equipment. Further east of u <br /> that is Sheehy Construction.
