They feel a service <br /> district may give them more flexibility to rent the two, 5000 sqft bays then intend to construct on the site for <br /> rental to third-parties. Mike has another parcel that could benefit from a service district. <br /> Mike is working on another proposed sale of the Lessard property on 20th. (see attached, and below). He makes <br /> a good point that there are more than 5 parcels in that vicinity which may benefit from zoning changes. In <br /> addition to the Lessard parcel, there is also the 'Muellner Blacktop'parcel to consider.
