CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> CITY COUNCIL CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION, REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br /> & CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSIONS MEETING MINUTES <br /> January 23, 2019 <br /> 6:30 p.m. <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City of Centerville held a regularly scheduled City <br /> Council meeting on January 23, 2019 at City Hall, 1880 Main Street. <br /> PRESENT: Mayor Jeff Paar <br /> Council Member Michelle Lakso <br /> Council Member Russ Koski 1 (1, <br /> Council Member D. Love it <br /> Council Member Matt Montain <br /> ABSENT: None. <br /> STAFF: City Administrator Mark Statz <br /> Broker, Mr. Mike Brass, Colliers International <br /> Closed executive session convened at 5:30 p.m. This portion of the meeting was closed to <br /> evaluate the performance of City Administrator/Engineer Mark Statz. This portion of the session <br /> was scheduled from 5:30 to 6:30. The closure was pursuant to Minnesota Statute Section <br /> 13D.05, subdivision 3(a). <br /> Members Present: Mayor Paar, Council Members Montain, Koski, Love and Lakso. Also <br /> present, City Attorney Glaser. <br /> The Council reviewed and analyzed the results of reviews of Statz's performance complied by <br /> the City Attorney. The reviews completed by City employees were anonymous. The reviews <br /> completed by Councilmembers and City Attorney identified them as respondents. <br /> Mayor Paar recessed the Closed Executive Session at 6:28 p.m. <br /> I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Paar called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br /> II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> Mayor Paar added Check 41292E-32442 with voided check 432429, 32443 and 32444 to the <br /> Consent Agenda under Item 41. <br /> He provided an opportunity for others to add or delete any items. <br /> Motion by Council Member Love, seconded by Council Member Montain to Approve the <br /> Agenda as noted. All in favor. Motion carried. <br />
