The closure is pursuant to Minnesota Statute Section <br /> 13D.05, subdivision 3(a) <br /> Closed executive session reconvened at 8:25 p.m. This portion of the meeting was a continuation <br /> of the closed session to evaluate the performance of City Administrator/Engineer Mark Statz. <br /> L Call to Order <br /> 1. Roll Call <br /> Members Present: J. Paar, M. Montain, R. Koski, D. Love, M. Lakso, also present, K. Glaser, <br /> City Attorney. <br /> 11. Item of Discussion <br /> 1. Annual Performance Review of City Administrator/Engineer Mark Statz <br /> Council discussed their views on the City Administrator's successful employment <br /> performance. <br /> Motion made by Mayor Paar, second by M. Montain, for discussion, motion then <br /> modified per discussion. Motion to change the compensation to the City <br /> Administrator retroactively effective to 1/1/2019, annual salary of$105,000.00, and <br /> two month severance upon termination without cause, lan2ua2e of `for cause' <br /> termination subject to negotiation. Motion passed unanimously. <br /> Mayor Paar called a brief recess of the closed session at 9:25 p.m. inviting City <br /> Administrator Statz into the session. <br /> Motion by Council Member Montain, seconded by Council Member Love to Adiourn the <br /> Closed Executive Session at 10:02 p.m. All in favor.
