CALL TO ORDER <br /> President Hanzal called the meeting of the EDA to order at 6:34 p.m. <br /> Chair Mosher called the meeting of the P&Z Commission to order at 6:34 p.m. <br /> It was decided that President Hanzal would preside over the joint meeting on behalf of both the <br /> EDA and P&Z Commission. <br /> II.
