Downtown Block 7 Presentation <br /> (a) Truline Construction—Mr. Chris Harchanko <br /> Administrator Statz stated that he had met with Mr. Chris Harchanko regarding the <br /> redevelopment of the city-owned property on Block 7 of the downtown. Mr. Harchanko's <br /> company, Truline Construction is interested in purchasing the property and redeveloping it into a <br /> 63-unit apartment complex with a small reserve space for retail opportunities.
