THE CITY OF CENTERVILLE ANOKA COUNTY,MINNESOTA ORDINANCE NO.XX AN ORDINANCE TO REVISE THE CITY'S ZONING CODE TO AMEND THE TABLE OF DISTRICT ALLOWED USES FOR THE INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT The City Council of the City of Centerville hereby ordains: Section 1. Ordinance Adopted. That Table 156-A.1 District Allowed Uses,in Appendix A of the Centerville Zoning Code shall be amended as follows: i. Under"Commercial Uses" across from the use "Automobile and motorized equipment sales and service, excluding salvage operations"a"C"is to be added in the 1- column,indicating the use is a Conditional Use in the I-1 District. ii. Under"Commercial Uses" across from the use "Building supply sales and storage yards" a"C"is to be added in the 1- column,indicating the use is a Conditional Use in the I-1 District. iii. Under"Commercial Uses" across from the use "Car washes" a"P"is to be added in the 1- column,indicating the use is a Permitted Use in the I-1 District. iv. Under"Commercial Uses" a new use shall be added, "Non-retail(bulk) fuel sales" and across from that use a"C"is to be added in the 1- column, indicating the use is a Conditional Use in the I-1 District. This use shall be added in alphabetical order in the Table's list of uses. V. Under"Commercial Uses" a new use shall be added, "Retail sales and service, but excluding adult-oriented businesses, limited to no more than 10% of the building floor area but no more than 5,000 square feet"and across from that use a "C"is to be added in the 1- column,indicating the use is a Conditional Use in the I-1 District. This use shall be added in alphabetical order in the Table's list of uses. Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance takes effect upon its adoption and publication.
