You'll see his thoughts on a number of <br /> opportunities this summer. Staff is looking for feedback on creating a city-led event on Thursday nights, in <br /> conjunction with the Waterski show. Discussion should be had on scope, location, volunteer staffing, <br /> promotion, etc. Based on the feedback in the attached email, staffs thoughts would be to try to have one food <br /> truck and a handful of vendors selling arts/crafts and perhaps farmers market goods at Cornerstone Park(see <br /> attached sketch). We would need one volunteer just to coordinate the set-up and ensure clean-up. The show <br /> starts at 7 PM, so staff is suggesting a 5:00 set-up for the food truck and vendors (there's also lots of traffic at <br /> that time, so we are hopeful we can attract passers-by.
