Chris,
Hi, my name is Mark Statz and I got your information from Dorothy, with the Quad Area Chamber of
Commerce (I just left you a voicemail, too).
We are looking to add some food trucks to our summer events this year. Our city is new to hosting food
trucks, so I would appreciate feedback on the feasibility of having you guys at some or all of these
events. Here are our current opportunities:
Music in the Park
Tuesdays June 11 —July 30 (excluding July 2)
6:30 PM
Hidden Spring Park
Attendance: 50 —75 people, however the park is adjacent to LaMotte Park, which is a much larger park and
often has T-ball or other events going on at the same time. The people in LaMotte Park would also be a draw
for you, I believe.
Food Trucks: TBD, but thinking just one
Fete des Lacs
July 16—21
This is our annual city festival. There are a multitude of events, so this will take further discussion. The event
is co-sponsored by the Centerville Lions. The Lions typically have a food trailer set up with the basics: hot
dogs, hamburgers, etc. While they are concerned with adding food trucks, fearing a loss of revenue for their
food trailer, they have been open to discussions, especially if there was some sort of revenue sharing
agreement (maybe the Lions get 10% of your sales, or something of that nature).
Attendance: Varies for each event
Food Trucks: TBD, but thinking of having 2 or 3 for the Saturday/Sunday portion of the event where
attendance is the highest.
Bald Eagle Waterski Shows
Thursdays, June—August
z
