P & R Committee Worksheets/Booklet for each event sponsored <br /> Committee Member Errickson-Grahek is working on this project and will bring a <br /> sample to the April meeting. <br /> 3. Alternate Resources for future Hay Rides <br /> Due to the increased cost for the hay ride, the committee would like to check out <br /> the vendors and costs for other horse/hayride providers. Also discussed was <br /> whether the Hay Ride should be moved to January or eliminate it all together. <br /> This will be an agenda item for September. Committee Member Errickson- <br /> Grahek and one other committee member (to be determined) will be in charge of <br /> this project. <br /> 4. Logo Art Contest for Fete des Lac Activities: <br /> Administrator Mark Statz reported that Mr. Pat Branch had received 14 entries for <br /> this contest from the middle school and is expecting a few from the elementary <br /> school. There was no response from the high school as of March 6. Mr. Branch <br /> proposed that a panel of 3 judges be utilized. No date has been set yet for the <br /> judging to take place. <br /> V. NEW COMMITTEE BUSINESS <br /> 1. Purchase of Race Flags <br /> The 2019 theme for Fete des Lacs is "Tribute to the Troops. Race Coordinator <br /> Pat Branch suggested that flags representing all facets of the armed forces could <br /> be placed at the finish line for the runs (8k,5k & kids fun run) & also at other <br /> events such as Paddle des Lacs at Trailside Park. Committee members were <br /> presented a wide variety of flag choices. This item will appear on the April <br /> Agenda for additional discussion. <br /> 2.
