18. ARBITRATION FEES. The prevailing party to any dispute arising out of this AGREEMENT shall be <br /> entitled to recover its reasonable fees and costs from the other party. <br /> 19. JOB SITE IMAGES,PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO. During the term of this contract and thereafter, <br /> KLM has permission to take still photographs or video of the site for training,documentation, education or <br /> promotional purposes. A signed agreement constitutes the Owner's written permission to use the <br /> photographic image or video in the planner described herein.
