Staff Updates —Administrator Statz <br /> Mr. Statz reported on his meeting with the EDA and Planning Commission <br /> regarding Block 7 of a new residential development that would be from 53 to 90 <br /> units and be 3 to 4 stories tall with underground parking. <br /> 4. Centennial Little League—Park Clean Up <br /> An email was received from the Centennial Lakes little league stating they <br /> planned on doing their park clean-up at Laurie LaMotte Memorial Park on <br /> Saturday, April 13, weather permitting. <br /> VIII.
