Ordinance #XX – Rezoning Certain Properties from B-1 to B-2 <br /> <br />Administrator Statz reviewed the map of the properties to be rezoned, noting that they all abut <br />Main Street. <br /> <br />Motion by Chairperson Mosher, seconded by Commissioner Haiden to Recommend to City <br />Council Adoption of Ord. #XX and Associated Findings of Fact – Rezoning Certain <br />Properties from B-1 to B-2 per City Planner Carlson’s Memorandum Dated May 7, 2019. <br />All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />3. Schedule a Public Hearing for May 21, 2019 – Conditional Use Permit, Midwest Best <br />Water, 2021 Commerce Drive <br /> <br />Administrator Statz stated that due to Midwest Best’s construction timeline, need for a <br />Conditional Use Permit due to Light Manufacturing/Assembly and their request for a Conditional <br />Use Permit and 60 day rule. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Broussard Vickers, seconded by Commissioner Fehrenbacher to <br />Schedule a Special Meeting for a Public Hearing on May 21, 2019 to Consider a Conditional <br />Use Permit for Midwest Best Water at 2021 Commerce Drive.
