Conditional Use Permits require a Public Hearing. Staff has published <br />notice of the hearing in the paper and mailed notices to properties within the prescribed radius of the project. <br />COST AND SOURCE(S) OF FUNDING: <br />N/A <br />REQUESTED ACTION: <br />The chair should ask for a staff report on the proposed project, then open the public hearing and take comment <br />from those wishing to speak.
