<br /> CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />PARKS AND RECREATION COMMITTEE <br />MEETING MINUTES <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City of Centerville’s Parks & Recreation Committee <br />held a scheduled meeting on April 3, 2019 at City Hall, 1800 Main Street. <br /> <br />Present: Committee Member Kevin Waeghe, Chairman <br />Committee Member Chris Bettinger <br />Committee Member Heidi Errickson-Grahek <br />Committee Member Brian Peterson <br />Committee Member Suzanne Seeley <br /> <br />Absent: <br /> <br />Also Present: Mark Statz, City Administrator/Engineer <br /> Michelle Lakso, Council Member Liaison <br /> <br /> <br />I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> Committee Member Chair, Kevin Waeghe called the April 3, 2019 meeting of the Parks <br />& Recreation Committee to order at 6:32p.m. in the Council Chambers. Results of the <br />roll call are shown above. <br /> <br />II. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br /> Motion made by Committee Member Waeghe, seconded by Committee Member <br />Errickson-Grahek to approve the Agenda with the following additions: add #4 <br />under Unfinished Committee Business – Race Flags; add #3 under New Committee <br />Business – Earth Day, Park Clean up. All in favor. Motion carried <br /> <br />III. APPEARANCES/APPOINTMENTS/PRESENTATIONS <br /> <br /> Mr. Kevin Amundson was invited to this meeting for the purpose of thanking him again <br />for all his years involved with this committee and also for him to be presented a clock <br />with an engraved plaque attached in appreciation. Mr. Amundson thanked the committee <br />members and stated he would be more than willing to help with future events and/or <br />activities that the committee coordinates. <br /> <br />V. UNFINISHED COMMITTEE BUSINESS <br /> <br />1. 18-006: Skate Park Evaluation <br /> <br />Motion made by Committee Member Waeghe, seconded by Committee <br />Member Errickson-Grahek to approve the staff’s recommendation to <br /> <br />
