May 21, 2019 <br />Centerville Planning & Zoning Commission <br />Page 6 of 6 <br />Residential Driveways, Vehicle Parking & Storage <br />9)Add a new item 156.166(N) Permitted vehicles and equipment stored on residential lots. <br />This section is substantially the same as the existing 156.144(M)(c), except that the <br />d since it is redundant with <br />home or fifth-wheel trailer is allowed in a side <br /> <br />(N) Permitted vehicles and equipment stored on residential lots. A maximum of two of <br />the following units may be stored outside of a structure on the permitted driveway <br />area on any residential parcel or in a side or rear yard, for 48 hours or less, provided <br />they have an overall length from front to back of 35 feet or less: <br />1. Boat; <br />2. Camper; <br />3. Motor home; <br />4. Snowmobiles; <br />5. Personal watercraft; <br />6. Personal utility trailer; <br />7. Icehouse; or <br />8. Small construction equipment. <br />Any other such items on the premises must be stored within a completely enclosed <br />structure. <br /> <br />10)Renumber existing item 156.166 (M) to (O). <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
