<br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Planning and Zoning Commission held its regular <br />meeting on December 2, 2014, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />PRESENT: <br /> Chairperson Darrin Mosher <br />Commissioner Thomas Wood <br />Commissioner James Flint <br />Commissioner Russ Koski <br /> Commissioner Nick Twohy <br />Commissioner Mark Haiden <br />Commissioner Matthew Montain <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />STAFF: Administrator Mike Ericson <br />Dallas Larson <br /> <br />OTHERS PRESENT: Council Member Love <br /> <br />I. CALL TO ORDER. The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Chairperson <br />Mosher. <br /> <br />1. Roll Call <br /> <br />II. APPEARANCES – None <br /> <br />III. PUBLIC HEARINGS – <br /> <br />th <br />1. Request for Conditional Use Permit – 7087 20 Avenue, Alex’s Landscaping. <br /> <br />The applicant Alex Shuda, was present. The meeting was opened to public comment, no <br />one was present to speak with regard to the request. <br /> <br />After everyone who wished to do so was given an opportunity to speak in regard to <br />the project, a motion was made by Commissioner Wood, seconded by Commissioner <br />Koski to close the public hearing. All present voted in favor. The motion was declared <br />passed. <br /> <br />th <br />2. Request for Conditional Use Permit – 7139 20 Avenue, Shane’s Auto <br /> <br />The applicant, Shane Krueger was present for the hearing.
