<br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Planning and Zoning Commission held its regular <br />meeting on Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />PRESENT: Chairperson Darrin Mosher <br /> Commissioner Russ Koski <br />Commissioner Matthew Montain <br />Commissioner Mark Haiden <br />Commissioner Nick Twohy <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />STAFF: City Administrator Mike Ericson <br /> <br />OTHERS PRESENT: Council Member D. Love <br /> <br />I. CALL TO ORDER. The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Chairperson <br />Mosher. <br /> <br />1. Roll Call <br /> <br />II. APPEARANCES <br /> <br />1. None. <br /> <br />III. PUBLIC HEARING(S) <br /> <br />1. None. <br /> <br />IV. OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br />1. Discussion on Downtown Master Plan & Development Guidelines (M-1 & M-2 Mixed <br />Use Zoning) <br /> <br />The Commission had lengthy discussion on the current plan and determined that it was in the best <br />interest of the City to retain the Master Plan and Development Guidelines (M-1 & M-2 Mixed Use <br />Zoning) for future needs. <br /> <br />Motion by Commission Member Haiden, seconded by Commission Member Montain to <br />retain the current Downtown Master Plan & Development Guidelines (M-1 & M-2 Mixed <br />Use Zoning) as presented.
