City of Centerville <br />Planning and Zoning Commission <br />December 1, 2015 <br />Administrator Ericson updated the Commission on the potential for a purchase agreement for the <br />property stating that the potential buyer is interested in constructing a 3-4 story apartment/condo <br />building. <br /> <br />Administrator Ericson also stated that the would keep the Commission abreast of the details <br />regarding this item. <br /> <br />VI. DISCUSSION ITEMS <br /> <br />Commissioner Koski stated that he recently attended a Beyond the Basics of Planning & Zoning: <br />Variances and More session provided by Government Training Services which was enlightening <br />and occasionally emotional. <br /> <br />VII. CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br /> <br />1. November 2, 2015 Planning & Zoning Commission Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Mosher seconded by Commissioner Montain to approve minutes <br />from the November 2, 2015, meeting as presented. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />VIII. ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Montain, seconded by Commissioner Twohy to adjourn the <br />meeting at 8:20 p.m. All in favor.
