Love <br /> <br />I. CALL TO ORDER. The meeting was called to order at 6:31 p.m. by Vice-Chairperson <br />Koski. <br /> <br />1. Roll Call <br /> <br />II. APPEARANCES <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />III. PUBLIC HEARING(S) <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />IV. OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br />1. City Code, Chapter 116: Tobacco Regulations; Sales (Hookahs, Sale of <br />Paraphernalia, Sampling, Vaping & Etc.) <br /> <br />The Commission held a lengthy discussion regarding hookahs, hookah bars, sale of paraphernalia, <br />sampling, vaping and other associated activities that potentially could take place in tobacco <br />establishments. The Commission requested additional information from staff prior to making any <br />recommendations for Code modifications. Individual Commission members were encouraged to <br />make a site visit to the new business and an existing business located on Rice Street in St. Paul. <br /> <br />2.
