CITY OF CENTERVILLE REQUEST <br />FOR COMMITTEE ACTION <br />77, <br />1tervi e <br />Agenda Item # <br />Department: <br />Requested Meeting Date: <br />V.2 <br />Parks <br />December 4, 2019 <br />TITLE OF ISSUE: <br />19-027 Bald Eagle Waterski Club Annual Permit <br />BACKGROUND AND SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION: <br />City staff will be on hand at the meeting to review various aspects of the permit with Bald Eagle Waterski Club. <br />A few things to review: <br />- Current permit does not allow jump to be stored - should add this if we're still OK with storing it there <br />- Should we extend the term of the permit? <br />- Are there other conditions we should be considering? <br />- We have partnered with BEWC the last two years on the cost of a porta-potty. We could add that agreement <br />to this. <br />- Public Works would like some language stating that they need to maintain access to our sanitary sewer <br />facilities. We have had some issues with them parking their equipment over our manholes, etc. <br />COST AND SOURCE(S) OF FUNDING: <br />No cost.
