This <br />fee is not-to-exceed without prior authorization. This scope and fee assume that the <br />design/bidding/construction process will commence from start to finish with no interruption of engineering <br />services, and that all identified irrigation areas be constructed under the same contract. <br />This letter and scope of services represents the understanding between the City and Stantec in respect to <br />the Project and may only be modified in writing signed by both of us and is subject to the current Master <br />Services Agreement between the City and Stantec. <br />48 <br /> <br />
