We regret that your establishment failed that <br />compliance check. <br /> <br />Unfortunately, even in spite of your prior record of good compliance, the City regulations <br />establish a $250 penalty for the first violation. The City Code provides increasing <br />penalties for additional violations within a 24-month period. The City Code sections <br />related to this issue are enclosed. <br /> <br />You may bring closure to this incident by paying the penalty amount of $250 within ten <br />days. Alternatively, you may request a hearing before the City Council or you may <br />request that the matter be considered by a hearing officer of Anoka County.
