APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Haiden, seconded by Commissioner Krueger to Approve the <br />Agenda as presented. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />IV. PUBLIC HEARINGS (6:30 PM or shortly thereafter) <br /> <br />1. Driveway/Parking Ordinance Revisions <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Mosher, seconded by Commissioner Haiden to Open the Public <br />Hearing at 6:35 p.m. All in favor. Motion carried <br /> <br />The following people addressed the Commission during the public hearing: <br /> <br />Mr. Greg Witzel, 7289 Brian Drive, stated he desired to have his driveway 32 feet wide or garage <br />width whichever is greater. He had general questions regarding set back of a driveway. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Fehrenbacher, seconded by Commissioner Krueger to Close the <br />Public Hearing at 7:15 p.m. All in favor.
